Position Title: Associate Simulation Engineer
Location: Hyderabad(SmartDrive Systems India Pvt Ltd, Meenakshi Tech Park, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ADAS Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a fresher in this role, you will leverage your academic knowledge and project experience with simulation tools to contribute to the development and test cases in ADAS space. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of autonomous driving.
Exp: 0-4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop simulation scenarios to test ADAS functionalities using industry-standard simulation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define simulation requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the integration of ADAS algorithms into simulation environments.
- Maintain and update simulation models and libraries.
- Document simulation processes, results, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Academic project experience or Hands on experience with one or more ADAS simulation tools such as CarMaker, PreScan, dSPACE ASM, VTD, CARLA, or SCANeR.
- Basic understanding of vehicle dynamics, control systems, and sensor technologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB/Simulink, or C++.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in the automotive or simulation field.
- Knowledge of autonomous driving technologies and ADAS functions.
