Our Withum Digital Consulting team is looking for a talented Senior Front-End Web Developer to join us on a temporary basis through the end of 2025. This person should be Subject Matter Expert (SME) and can be based our of any of our U.S. office locations (New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Braintree, MA; Woburn, MA; Princeton, NJ; Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Saddle Brook, NJ; Providence, RI; Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; Nashville, TN; Boca Raton, FL; Orlando, FL; San Diego, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Orange County, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Ramon, CA; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA) or remotely anywhere within the US.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in Angular and modern front-end technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences within a fast-paced, Agile environment.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Designing, developing and maintaining complex front-end applications using Angular
- Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, performant code, to develop team vision and strategies and gain buy-in from team members
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues and ensuring optimal application performance
- Staying up to date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices and sharing that knowledge with the team
The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:
- 5 – 7 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular
- A deep understanding of Angular concepts, including components, services, directives, routing, and state management
- Expertise in implementation with RxJS and the observable pattern
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks
- Experience with Cypress and Jest is highly desirable
- Familiarity with microservice architectures and experience integrating with RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in using Git, specifically GitHub, for collaborative development
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams
- Experience creating responsive and accessible web applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to optimize front-end performance for speed and efficiency
- A self-motivated problem solver that can perform with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Akita)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Webpack or other module bundlers
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG)
The compensation for this position is $75.00-$90.00 per hour. If you reside in California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York City, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., or Washington State, please see below. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
