Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source.

We work on turning radical new ideas in the fraud detection space into reality. Our products are developer-focused and our clients range from solo developers to publicly traded companies. We are a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (20K stars on GitHub).

We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures (previously invested in Tesla, Facebook, Airbnb ), Nexus Venture Partners (previously invested in Postman, Apollo.io, MinIO, Druva) and Uncorrelated Ventures (previously invested in Redis, Rollbar & Gradle).

As Fingerprint continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our HR team for a 3-6 month period, with the potential for full-time employment based on business needs and individual performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent within the product, security, technology, identity, and engineering sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Greenhouse effectively to manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, aligning with our organizational goals and values.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, evaluating candidates not only for their skills and experience but also for their fit within our company culture.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies tailored to the market.
  • Work collaboratively with senior recruiters to manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact through offer.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, staying abreast of market trends and leveraging insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and engaging interaction with our brand.
  • Utilize data and metrics from Greenhouse to report on recruitment progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations in both a tech & business function
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for experience in product, security, technology, identity, and engineering recruiting.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Located in the "western hemisphere" for time zone alignment (North or South America)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven approach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Contract Details:

  • This is a 3-6 month contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
  • Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience with an hourly 1099 contract to start with possible conversion to W2

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.

We are dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment for everyone. We embrace and celebrate the unique experiences, perspectives and cultural backgrounds that each employee brings to our workplace. Fingerprint strives to foster an environment where our employees feel respected, valued and empowered, and our team members are at the forefront in helping us promote and sustain an inclusive workplace.
