We are seeking a Full-Cycle Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts within a growing Plastics Department, focusing on recruiting hourly manufacturing talent for 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, partnering with hiring managers, and helping organizations attract top talent. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly manufacturing positions
  • Recruit for 1st and 2nd shift production and operations roles within the Plastics Department
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Extend offers and assist with pre-employment onboarding activities
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Attend hiring events and support community recruiting initiatives as needed 

What We're Looking For 

  • Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, production, or skilled labor positions preferred
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
