Key Responsibilities

Work with executive management to evaluate risks and liability exposure during bid and contract negotiation process. Research regulatory, legislative and industrial issues and draft legal language as appropriate. Manage the contracts database used to track, summarize and analyze every contract. Oversee compliance and performance obligations of contracts. Act as liaison and customer support to facilitate business between the parties and coordinate resolution of minor conflicts.

Minimum Educational Requirements

Business Degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in contract management required

Experience Required

4+ years work experience
