Administers and secures enterprise network, server, cloud, endpoint, and identity infrastructure. Troubleshoots Windows servers, networking, Microsoft 365, AWS, virtualization, and business applications; manages monitoring providers, patching, access, backups, recovery testing, security controls, and vulnerability remediation. Supports infrastructure projects, documentation, automation, user training, and disaster recovery while providing escalated technical support and occasional after-hours or travel assistance.

Resolves customer complaints and vendor issues by reviewing case urgency, value, request type, shipment information, and warehouse records. Determines causes, selects solutions, expedites corrective actions, communicates with account managers, and maintains historical case documentation and supporting records. The role requires analytical, organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Supports account managers by entering customer orders and quotes, researching open orders and products, processing return authorizations and quality records, obtaining proof of delivery, following up on accounts receivable, distributing literature, and performing clerical tasks.

Supports account managers by entering orders and quotes, managing delivery exceptions and open orders, processing customer support and quality cases, submitting rebate and item setup requests, reconciling invoices, tracking supplier shipments, reviewing acknowledgements, resolving discrepancies, and identifying process improvements.

Perform outbound prospecting, qualify leads, assist Account Managers, enter quotes/orders, maintain CRM/ERP records (Salesforce, SXe), support pricing/bids, and liaise with purchasing to resolve stock/pricing issues.

Monitor PO expedite reports and vendor acknowledgements, proactively follow up with vendors for ship dates, resolve discrepancies, maintain system documentation, coordinate invoice receipt with accounting, and support process improvements.
