As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you support the APAC field and digital marketing team at Branch to drive meaningful engagement across customers, prospects, and partners. You will have the opportunity to learn how to drive best-in-class marketing programs by partnering with regional marketing managers. You’ll be part of a team that is hungry to succeed, tackles difficult objectives, and celebrates together.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll get to: 

  • Create and send email campaigns using Marketo marketing automation tool.
  • Create and manage event web pages using existing platforms.
  • Follow defined operating procedures to set up backend program automations using Marketo.
  • Proactively maintain the health of our marketing database through data enrichment, scrupulous hygiene, and persona segmentation.
  • Maintain high data accuracy by adhering to naming conventions, enriching data, updating calendar invitations.
  • Update and maintain regular metrics reporting between sales and marketing.
  • Solve data related problems between all of our marketing tech stack.

You’ll be a good fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Flexibility with working hours. This role will work primarily in IST but will require flexibility to meet with North America based teams as needed (Pacific Time Zone)
  • Meticulous approach to detail, process, and data management.
  • Experience with using a marketing automation platform, such as Marketo. Marketo certification preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data in CSVs. Google Sheets, and Salesforce reports. 
  • 2+ years working experience in a marketing setting.

This role will be based at our Bengaluru  office and is eligible to be fully in office, hybrid or fully remote in Bengaluru. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location.

This is a contract role and the successful candidate will be employed by a 3rd party employer of record who will provide benefits based on their independent benefits plan. Contract roles do not qualify for equity.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
