We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our dynamic Legal team at Stibo Systems! You will be working in an international company serving some of the largest brands in the world. Teaming up and being a valued resource for sales and professional services you will be helping securing wins for the company.
The role
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Chief Legal Officer, supporting and advising our sales team on negotiations with large customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in securing wins and ensuring smooth project execution.
More specifically, you will:
- Do customer facing contract negotiations for software contracts together with the sales and professional services team.
- Participate in negotiations and escalations.
- Coordinate between sales, delivery, product and support.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team.
- Support our projects and delivery team where you will be part of the statement of work approval process.
- Process non-disclosure agreements and data protection agreements.
- Do corporate filings.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files.

"The Legal department in Stibo Systems consist of two lawyers in Denmark, and one paralegals in the USA and two legal-ops in India. We are supporting subsidiaries in 15 countries, meaning it is important to work closely and have a good relationship with all departments." explains Jeppe Fogh, Chief Legal Officer.
Who we are looking for
We’re seeking an experienced contract manager, or a junior lawyer eager to dive into the corporate world. Your interests likely include IT, private and international law, and you thrive in a team-oriented, service-minded environment. Comfort with online work and IT systems is essential. While proximity to our US office in Atlanta is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Moreover, you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience as commercial contract manager.
- Have a degree within law / JD
- is fluent in business English.
- Experience working for a software house or law firm is a plus.
- Have an analytical mindset and strong writing skills.
- As you might also support our business in Latin America, Spanish or Portuguese languages skills are a bonus.
