Contract Manager - Issuer

What does a successful Contract Manager do? As a Contract Manager at Fiserv, you will provide essential support for our legal department’s revenue-generating contracting function, including document management, facilitation of contract execution, template maintenance, and the drafting and negotiation of routine documents under the supervision of a lawyer. Your support will be crucial to Fiserv’s Issuer Solutions businesses, which provides card processing, statement printing, card embossing, and related services to banks and other clients. A successful Contract Manager at Fiserv is curious and continuously seeks to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Fiserv’s standards. We are willing to train the right candidate who shows enthusiasm and a strong interest in learning.

What you will do:

• Support the sales and contracting processes by working closely with members of the legal team.
• Assist in revising, proofing, and editing standard contract templates and routine client contracts and contract amendments.
• Track contract-related requests and prepare reports of relevant metrics.
• Review contracts for quality control and conformance to Fiserv policies and standards.
• Provide contract execution support using DocuSign and other digital tools.
• Maintain digital contract repositories.

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years of a combination of educational background, work experience, and/or military experience
• Bachelor’s degree

What would be great to have:

• Experience in contract administration or as a paralegal (or other experience with client or vendor contracts). 
• Effectively interact with Legal Department, sales, and other business professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in a variety of common business applications, including MS-Office Suite.
• Willingness to dive deep in the workings of our Contract Point document management system.
