Coordinate with construction, planning, QS, procurement, legal, consultants, and contractors to resolve variations, disputes, amendments, and contract close-out activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Engineer, Commercial Engineer, Bid Engineer, Quantity Surveyor (QS), or in a similar contract/commercial role within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Strong understanding of construction contract administration, commercial management, variation orders (VO), claims, Extension of Time (EOT), contract amendments, payment processes, and dispute resolution.

Proficient in reviewing and interpreting contracts, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, drawings, and commercial documents.

Familiar with standard forms of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC or similar contract frameworks) is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with ERP or contract management systems is an advantage.
