Contract Coordinator (12 Months Contract)
We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to assist the Senior Commercial Contract Manager and Director Relationship Management in managing the contract lifecycle between OLG and the Service Provider.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Director Relationship Management, you will be empowered to:
Assist in managing the Transaction Agreement through:
1. Obligation management assistance
- sFTP upload/download
- APTTUS upload/download
- Deliverable dissemination to internal stakeholders
- Records maintenance - Assist in maintaining thorough records of all transactions
2. Maintaining traceability log on a day-to-day basis
- Log incidents, deficiencies, issues and other items
- Assist with root cause analysis
- Assist in following up and driving towards resolution and closure of all items
- Assist in maintaining thorough records for any items logged
3. Payments
- Assist with processing biweekly and ad hoc payments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders and Cheque requisitions
4. Contract changes
- Assist with information gathering
- Assist in completing risk and impact assessments
- Assist in assessing value of proposed changes
- Follow up with stakeholders for feedback
5. Internal and external meetings
- Documentation of meetings including catalogue of artifacts
- Follow-up on action items
6. Identify opportunities for improvements and increased efficiencies
7. Represent contract manager as required
8. Assist as back-up to Senior Commercial Contract Manager as appropriate
Assist with gathering and compiling performance data for weekly and quarterly status reports
Assist relationship team members with miscellaneous day-to-day activities
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience administrating commercial contracts
- University degree or college diploma preferred
- Experience working in public sector and/or highly regulated environment is an asset
- Experience working with legal terminology related to Service Provider contracts is an asset
Relevant Skills:
- Organization

- Strong interpersonal (written and verbal)
- Understanding and Application of contract management and process
