Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products (TPP), a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Contract & Compliance Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be working closely with our Director of Sales Support and helping to manage client/supplier contracts and mitigate compliance needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Aid in preparation of contracts for the sale of products/services
- Analyze contracts
- Submit contracts for legal team review
- Complete all client on-boarding paperwork
- Coordinate all signature submission requests
- Manage to upcoming contract expiration dates
- Liaison between TPP estimating/sales staff and Taylor Corporate Compliance team
- Obtain all necessary compliance paperwork and submit for review
- Coordinate any necessary business risk assessments
You Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in a related field or area
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
- High level of motivation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and accuracy
