Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products (TPP), a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Contract & Compliance Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be working closely with our Director of Sales Support and helping to manage client/supplier contracts and mitigate compliance needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Aid in preparation of contracts for the sale of products/services
  • Analyze contracts
  • Submit contracts for legal team review
  • Complete all client on-boarding paperwork
  • Coordinate all signature submission requests
  • Manage to upcoming contract expiration dates
  • Liaison between TPP estimating/sales staff and Taylor Corporate Compliance team
  • Obtain all necessary compliance paperwork and submit for review
  • Coordinate any necessary business risk assessments


You Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a related field or area
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
  • High level of motivation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
