We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Contract Coordinator at our Marlborough, MA facility!
Support the contract lifecycle by processing incoming Opportunities from the Sales Team and maintaining accurate records of agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, acting as a supporting role to manage contracts while facilitating daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Accurately inputs contract details per the department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into CRM system
Maintains organized files, reviews contracts for completeness, and tracks contract changes or amendments
Verifies that agreements adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
Audits existing data for errors or discrepancies and makes necessary corrections
Interacts with clients and internal teams (Sales/Credit Team/Shared Services/Logistics) to resolve discrepancies and obstacles
Updates database to reflect the current status of contracts, including renewals, new business, amendments, and contract cancellations
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
Strong 10-key and typing proficiency
High level of accuracy in data entry
Ability to handle multiple contracts and meet tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
