At PRO Companies, we're growing our outpatient program and looking for an experienced, licensed clinician to provide supervision to LAPCs working toward independent licensure.

This is a great opportunity for a clinician looking to add flexible supplemental hours while supporting the professional development of other clinicians. As our outpatient program continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your clinical expertise and help support the development of our team.

Candidates with specialty certifications or experience in areas such as art therapy, music therapy, EMDR/trauma treatment, or other specialized therapeutic approaches are a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to LAPCs working toward independent licensure
  • Provide ongoing clinical support, mentorship, and feedback to support professional growth
  • Review treatment planning, clinical documentation, and client progress
  • Support the use of evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches
  • Collaborate with supervisees and the broader clinical team
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as appropriate
  • Ensure supervision meets applicable Pennsylvania licensure requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current LPC license in Pennsylvania
  • At least 5 years of experience as a professional counselor within the last 10 years
  • Previous experience providing clinical supervision preferred
  • Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to provide supportive, constructive, and clinically appropriate supervision
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • Experience with an EHR
  • Current required clearances
