As a Contract Administrator at ESR Group, you will be responsible for the commercial administration of construction projects, including subcontract management, cost control, variations, and progress claim assessment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You will play a key role in:
- Administering and managing contracts end-to-end, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and alignment with project requirements
- Supporting project and development teams with commercial guidance, including cost reporting, financial checks, and risk mitigation
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders (PMs, SDMs) and external partners to facilitate smooth contract execution and issue resolution
- Overseeing contract systems with a strong focus on Yardi, ensuring accurate reporting, tracking, and process consistency
- Identifying and managing contractual risks, supporting dispute resolution and maintaining robust governance across projects
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience using Yardi is advantageous
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator supporting the delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects (e.g. industrial, commercial, or infrastructure)
- Strong understanding of contract administration across the project lifecycle, including procurement, variations, progress claims, and final accounts
- Demonstrated ability to manage cost reporting, financial controls, and compliance processes within a live project environment
- Sound knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g. AS contracts), with strong stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools to support reporting and process efficiencies
