More about the role
We’re looking for a motivated, improvement‑oriented Continuous Improvement Specialist (HR) to support and manage LEAN and process optimization initiatives within our HR function.
This is a great opportunity to grow your Continuous Improvement skills while contributing to meaningful improvements in how HR delivers value to the business – all in a truly international environment.
Your roleIn this role, you’ll work closely with HR stakeholders to simplify, standardize, and gradually automate HR processes.
What you’ll do- 🌱 Support HR stakeholders in identifying improvement opportunities, understanding process challenges, and prioritizing initiatives.
- Contribute to HR Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives, supporting defined project milestones, targets, and performance metrics.
- 📈Support improvement projects focused on efficiency, process quality, and employee experience, delivering measurable and realistic results.
- Contribute to the Continuous Improvement roadmap through documentation, basic analysis, and support of training sessions and workshops.
- 🤝 Collaborate with regional and global CI colleagues, sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting alignment across HR teams.
- 🎓Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, HR or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, process optimization, operations, HR, shared services, or a similar environment
- 🛠️Knowledge of LEAN principles and process improvement tools; Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus, but not required.
- An analytical mindset with some experience working with data; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
- 🌐Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
- Fluent English.

Skills Required
