Responsible for leading critical, cross functional initiatives in continuous improvement. Initiates, leads and implements continuous improvement projects. Provides training activities, and supports/mentors continuous improvement change agents and team members. Communicates successful outcomes and promotes a culture of ongoing continuous improvement.
