Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious Continuous Improvement Intern who will benefit from our rapid growth, global presence, and supportive international environment. Our manager is French and is looking for a profile eager to discover Asia, with a particular focus on Bangladesh.
What you’ll do :
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other process-improvement tools to analyze workflows, reduce waste, and boost efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements; monitor progress with relevant KPIs.
- Strengthen compliance and ethics by coordinating with internal teams and external partners (factories, suppliers) to uphold standards and promote responsible practices.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures and dashboards to ensure consistency and enable transparent performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, IT, and Customer Service to drive cross-department synergy and successful implementation.
- Support change-management efforts, including communication, training, and coaching to sustain continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Final-year engineering student, the last internship semester before graduation.
- Solid foundational understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement frameworks.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; comfortable with KPI tracking and interpreting process metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English (bilingual proficiency strongly preferred).
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and ethical; committed to supporting compliance and collaborative improvement in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in developing SOPs and visualization tools (e.g., dashboards) to support performance measurement and reporting.
- Enthusiasm for international exposure and willingness to explore opportunities in Asia, with a specific interest in Bangladesh.
