Job Details:

Summary: 

We are seeking driven and passionate interns to join our team and contribute to meaningful projects that drive our business forward. As a Continuous Improvement intern, you will gain hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives and cross functional projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem solving, data-driven decision making, and learning from real-world applications of Lean Six Sigma principles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support Continuous Improvement Engineer with facility-wide automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with management and department leaders to drive process improvement efforts.

· Assist in the development of tools, documentation, and reports that support long-term operational excellence.

Program Highlights:

· Skill Development: Enhance your technical, analytical, and leadership skills through hands-on experiences and project-based work.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Education: Incoming junior, senior, or higher education with at least one semester of school remaining. Engineering major or computer science is preferred. 

· Experience: Previous work experience in any field is preferred. Work experience within the internship discipline is strongly preferred but not required.

· Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Special Skills: Ability to multitask, motivated self-starter, and collaborative.

· *Location: For positions where relocation is not offered, students must be within a commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less.
