The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the design, build, and ship AI-powered features and platforms, focusing on large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and machine learning systems in production. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive project success and promote operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level. This position allows you to demonstrate impactful problem-solving skills and foster meaningful client interactions to build lasting relationships.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in progressive roles focused on managing information technology applications and its overall impact on business strategies and productivity
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role.

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
