About the RoleWe are looking for a Content Writer with the ability to manage projects across conceptualising, researching, writing, and editing content for our B2B audience. This includes website copy, thought leadership pieces, presentations, white papers, articles/blog posts, videos, social media, and more. As the content writer, you will be responsible for maintaining the voice of the Avathon brand, its products, and solutions.
You must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and develop cohesive concepts across copy and design. This role involves close collaboration with teams across sales, product development, and marketing to help generate leads and promote strong customer relationships. - Provide substantial leadership and bring to life the concept and execution of our artificial intelligence (AI) products and solutions for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Research and compile information to prepare moderately complex documents or sections of documents.
- Create and/or facilitate the production of content to support current sales, demand generation, and marketing efforts.
- Help maintain a library of current content and ensure timely updates when necessary.
- Identify customer needs and content gaps, and recommend new content formats and channels.
- Ensure consistency across all content in terms of style, tone, format, nomenclature, and brand voice.
- 7+ years of content writing experience, preferably in the AI or enterprise technology field.
- Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Understanding of data science, advanced analytics, and/or related technologies.
- Preferably but not limited to a background in energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and defense, and supply chain is a plus.
- Experience conducting research using multiple reputable sources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction, manage time independently, and also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with stakeholders across multiple departments.
