We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Director who can independently build and lead a team to complete multiple projects. This position will be mainly responsible for user acquisition, social media, influencer marketing, community management, content operations, and event operations. The ideal candidate should have the mindset of working in a large corporation combined with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, possess experience in the Southeast Asian market, and have strong English skills.
What you’ll be doing:
Content Creation:

• Write and develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and more, with a focus on trading platforms, cryptocurrency, forex, and digital asset topics.
• Craft clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms, ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant to the Indian market and neighbouring regions.
• Produce timely and insightful content related to market news, trends, and events affecting the Forex market, providing valuable perspectives for our audience.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines by using relevant keywords, crafting compelling headlines, and implementing SEO best practices.
• Develop educational materials, guides, and tutorials to help traders understand Forex basics, advanced strategies, and platform features.

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media content across multiple platforms, with a focus on engaging and educating our audience.
• Schedule, post, and monitor social media content, tracking engagement metrics to optimize performance and enhance reach.
• Create and execute campaigns to grow the brand’s online presence and foster a strong online community.
• Assist in managing the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of articles and meeting project deadlines

Market Research:

• Stay up-to-date on trends in the trading, crypto, and forex industries, especially within India and surrounding markets.
• Monitor competitors’ content strategies and provide insights to refine our content and social media approach.

Asynchronous Coordination:

• Work autonomously and coordinate asynchronously with other team members, ensuring alignment on content goals and strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to create cohesive content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging across platforms. 
• Manage content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables independently.

What you’ll need:

• Experience: 3-4 years of content writing and social media planning experience, preferably in the trading, crypto, or forex industry, with a focus on the Indian market.

• Exposure: Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and financial concepts, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and storytelling ability.
• Social Media Expertise: Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, with a proven track record of building engagement.
• Research Ability: Strong research skills to produce accurate, relevant, and timely content.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, proactively take initiative, and manage projects asynchronously.
