The Impact You'll Make:

You'll report to our SVP, Brand, and create a cohesive Upside brand experience that builds relationships and engagement with our users. You'll use data and insights to develop content pillars across channels. Additionally, you will:

  • Build an editorial content calendar based on seasonal and thematic moments for our users
  • Create a vision for organic social media content across platforms such as Meta, X, and TikTok
  • Turn consumer insights into relevant communications that engage potential and active Upside users
  • Ensure Upside's brand voice and tone are consistent across integrated communications
  • Boost brand positioning and provide strategic direction and feedback to agency partners
  • Partner across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand, and design teams

What You Should Have:

  • 4+ years of content strategy and delivery experience within a relevant industry
  • Experience curating an editorial content calendar, creating optimized social media content, and managing agencies and contractors
  • Proficiency in copywriting and delivering engaging brand communications
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising production (brand campaigns, TV, display, OOH, landing pages, email marketing, websites, digital campaigns)

Location:

This hybrid role is required to work at our DC office in Dupont Circle for 3 days/week.

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $74,437.20 - $90,978.80 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
