Job Description Summary
The Content Strategist will be responsible for generating marketing content that will support the commercial teams in generating growth. In this role, this individual will have a direct contribution to supporting and expanding our marketing capabilities with specific focus on content marketing, creative development, and the strategy for how we can leverage our brand and messaging to achieve growth.

Essential Job Duties
- Create, develop, and write sales tools and marketing materials for global markets in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
- Become knowledgeable in our products and solutions, audience, and market landscape.
- Work closely within the Marketing Communications team and with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop strategy, build campaigns, and support commercialization efforts, NPIs, and more throughout a given year.
- Be responsible for the execution of marketing projects, including content generation and graphic input.
- Project manage marketing projects (e.g., presentations, videos, print materials, digital content) from idea generation to completion including communicating clearly to stakeholders and other team members regarding progress and next steps.
- Ensure that the content on our digital channels aligns across media and is aligned to strategy for products/application areas. Hone writing style and tone of voice to fit the medium you are writing.
- Project manage and work with external vendors to create videos, animations, website content, and other materials.
- Edit and proofread materials in English.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Marketing Communications or relevant field
- Minimum 4-5 years of related experience, content marketing preferred including content creation, copywriting, fact-finding, research, and output accuracy.
- Demonstrable strong writing, communication, and editing skills in digital channels as well as the ability to meet defined deadlines
- Excellent project management skills
- Website content development and internet marketing experience a plus
- Ability to take direction and manage multiple tasks/assignments
- Experience working within the Medical Device/Healthcare industry is a plus
This is a hybrid position, with office location in Burlington, MA.
