Serving as a Quality Assurance Editor (Content) and Copy Editor, you will be responsible for proofreading, editing, and rigorous quality control of diverse written materials—with particular emphasis on marketing collateral and presentation design for our extensive portfolio of over 5,000 global clients.

Leveraging your exceptional proofreading and editing expertise, you will ensure the consistency, clarity, professionalism, and accuracy of marketing presentations, sales decks, digital content, brochures, and other client-facing materials. Your role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the high-quality standards expected by our international clientele.

• Conduct thorough proofreading and rigorous quality control of all marketing collateral, including presentations, sales decks, brochures, digital media, and promotional materials.
  
• Serve as a Copy Editor, meticulously editing content to ensure consistency, clarity, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific branding guidelines and voice.
  
• Provide authoritative editorial oversight and quality assurance, ensuring all materials meet the high standards expected by our prestigious global client base.
  
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to ensure that every presentation and collateral piece is flawlessly executed, polished, and aligned with clients' strategic objectives.
  
• Develop and refine proofreading checklists, editorial guidelines, and quality control procedures specifically tailored to marketing and presentation-focused content.
  
• Offer constructive feedback to content teams, continuously improving content quality and client satisfaction.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in proofreading, copy editing, or content quality assurance, preferably within marketing, advertising, or presentation design environments.
  
• Proven excellence in proofreading, editing, and quality control of professional marketing materials and client presentations.
  
• Exceptional command of English grammar, style, clarity, and editorial accuracy.
  
• Familiarity with marketing terminology, corporate communications, and presentation design best practices.
  
• Proficiency with proofreading and editing software/tools (e.g., Grammarly, Microsoft PowerPoint, Hemingway Editor, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace).
  
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
