This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more! 


JOB PURPOSE

You will manage projects independently, with a standard approach. You will be responsible for more complex projects under the supervision of a Senior or Lead Project Manager, ensuring that all deliverables meet the client’s needs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects independently, with standard approaches and clear objectives
  • Be the first point of contact for the client and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery
  • Oversee project teams and coordinate efforts across disciplines within a complex structure
  • Analyze project needs and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Coordinate the team (Copywriters and Content Manager predominantly)
  • Distribute tasks within the PM team
  • Manage the Trackspace board
  • Increase efficiency by improving and streamlining processes / workflows 
  • Report and coordinate internal and external feedback
  • Use CMS and Content knowledge to support across commercial and strategic decisions regarding campaigns / projects
  • Actively supporting with maintenance / admin in peak-periods


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • a minimum of 6 months experience as a Project Manager ideally within an agency
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Ability to manage projects independently, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • SEO & WCAG basic knowledge
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
