Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various team members to create compelling, high-quality video content from concept to completion
  • Develop and maintain video production schedules, refine processes, build scalable systems, and facilitate all phases between brand managers, content teams, external creative resources, and talent
  • Identify and pitch compelling story ideas around SRAM athletes, ambassadors, products, and events
  • Hone SRAM's strategic vision for using film to grow brand awareness and affinity
  • Spot trends in content and form to ensure SRAM's content remains innovative and differentiated
  • Ensure key brand stakeholders are aligned to projects
  • Manage and organize film assets and work with brand content teams to deploy
  • May perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in film production, post-production, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in film studies, photography, marketing, or similar
  • Demonstrated understanding of the filmmaking process and tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication/presentation skills - written and oral
  • Strong creative skills - can successfully concept, communicate, and execute a creative vision
  • Deep understanding of mountain, road, and gravel bicycling cultures
  • Patience to work through big-picture or last-minute changes
  • Ability to spot and orchestrate storytelling opportunities
  • Can effectively synthesize creative and technical feedback, prioritize input from stakeholders, and problem solve solutions
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%, including weekends
  • Ability to stand at events for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and ride a mountain bike on technical trails
