We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our Brand & Creative team, the people behind how Teleport looks, feels, and connects across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with content marketers, product marketers, and creatives to produce videos that capture the stories behind our people, partners and customers. From concept to shoot to final edit, you’ll bring Teleport’s brand to life through visuals that move.
This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across production, storytelling, and creative direction. You’ll be based at our Wisma Capital A, Damansara Heights office and report directly to the Head of Brand & Creative.

A DAY IN A LIFE
You can expect your days to be energetic, creative, and varied. One week you might be producing a campaign video in Bangkok, the next capturing warehouse stories in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers and creatives to turn ideas into compelling visuals that drive awareness, connection, and pride in the Teleport brand.
That said, the bulk of your working hours will involve:
End-to-End Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit content that showcases Teleport’s people, operations, and stories across markets.
- Manage full production workflows from pre-production to post-production, ensuring alignment with brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling goals.
- Direct shoots on-site and coordinate logistics across teams, partners, and vendors.
Creative Storytelling and Collaboration
- Partner with content and product marketers to develop concepts that tell brand and business stories creatively and clearly.
- Bring ideas to life through narrative-driven visuals that strengthen Teleport’s positioning as Southeast Asia’s eCommerce logistics specialist.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Creative team to ensure consistency across all formats and channels.
Cross-Market and Regional Execution
- Produce content across multiple markets, adapting to different cultures and audiences.
- Work with translators and local partners to adapt or localise content for other languages where needed.
- Travel regionally or internationally at short notice for shoots and brand projects.
Quality and Innovation
- Stay ahead of creative and content trends to keep Teleport’s storytelling fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a high bar for visual quality and performance across all deliverables.
- Experiment with new video formats, production techniques, and social storytelling tools.
Requirements
These are minimum-requirement skills and a must-have for the role:
- Five or more years of experience in content production, videography, or multimedia storytelling (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end video production, from concept and planning to post-production and delivery.
- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills, with a portfolio showcasing impactful brand or campaign videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with marketers and creatives.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to travel regionally or internationally at short notice for shoots and brand projects.
- Able to adapt or produce content in multiple languages with the help of translators.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience leading shoots or mentoring junior creators.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, or animation.
- Experience with drone videography or photography.
- Understanding of brand marketing or storytelling across Southeast Asia.
