Introduction:
We are hiring a Content & Platform Quality Specialist to support quality and consistency across our MBI platform. The role combines content governance, process definition, and quality reviews, with potential to expand over time as our governance needs evolve.
The Mastercard Business Intelligence (MBI) Platform is a global gateway to business insights, thought leadership, and data visualization tools-leveraging clients' portfolio data. It unifies access to over 30 Mastercard Services solutions through a seamless, personalized user experience. Like a marketplace, users can explore, subscribe to, and interact with services available in their region via a single access point.
Role Overview:
The Content & Platform Quality Specialist will support the overall quality and consistency of the platform through both functional/business testing and content audits. The role includes:
- Support the application of quality standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Perform content quality reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with MBI standards (UX design, content).
- Assist in monitoring published content, helping ensure consistency across pages and flagging any deviations from standards.
- Contribute to UAT activities by coordinating review sessions, documenting issues, and supporting the platform team during release cycles.
- Prepare regular quality reports and dashboards to track issues, monitor progress and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Collaborating closely with UX, product, and platform teams to report issues, propose improvements, and help maintain high-quality standards.
Skills: • Quality reviews & validation: ability to perform UAT, track issues, and follow up on resolutions.• Content auditing: capable of reviewing copy and structure to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with guidelines.• Process governance: able to support quality workflows and contribute to improving them over time.• Reporting & communication: able to prepare clear updates and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders.• UX & design awareness: familiarity with design guidelines and ability to apply them consistently.• Cross-functional collaboration: experience working with multiple stakeholders, such as more technical teams, UX, and product teams.• Attention to detail & organization: strong focus on accuracy, structure, and consistency across deliverables.
Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Digital Communications, Engineering or related fields (if combined with governance/operations experience).• 2-3+ years of experience in content / platform quality management, governance, or similar roles.• Experience contributing to quality processes.• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
