Manager, Business Process Improvement, will assist in driving standardization of reporting across all regions, leveraging tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, advanced Excel. This position requires a highly analytical, independent thinker who possesses strong communication skills & strategic thinking that is highly motivated. The position will also provide exposure to various levels of management as well as cross-functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Building machine learning solutions to generate actionable insights.
Build backend structures/data bases structure for dashboards.
Developing and Maintaining centralised Dashboards and MIS
Collaborate with Americas & Corporate FP&A to develop and maintain advanced analytics and data science tools
Train team on automation skills and extend support to workstreams
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, or a related field
Experience in data management, mining, analytics, reporting & quantitative analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Fabric and SQL.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, libraries, data structures, and software architecture.
Experience with Big projects on Tableau or Power BI
Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating in a team environment.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into compelling insights.
Experience interacting with stakeholders to understand technical needs and deliver effective solutions.
