We’re looking for a Content Operations Manager to lead product narratives across the wider Crypto.com ecosystem, including Crypto.com Exchange, Crypto.com NFT, Loaded Lions and Mane City. This role is for individuals fluent in Web3 culture who check every detail, with a genuine excitement for products that sit where technology, culture and community meet.

Success means driving real product adoption through copy that communities trust and value, playing a key role in how products are first introduced as Crypto.com scales internationally. You’ll work closely with Growth, Legal, Creative, and Product teams to bring Crypto.com’s mission Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet™ to life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own content delivery across diverse Crypto.com products (including NFT, Loaded Lions, Mane City) tied to feature updates, initiatives and partnership launches. 
  • Coordinate and publish routine or ad hoc updates including listings, delistings, terms of service changes, legal disclosures, and any required notices.
  • Draft communications and partner with Creative teams and Product teams to brief and oversee final asset delivery, ensuring all copy and creatives meet accuracy, tone and audience fit.
  • Ensure Legal and Compliance disclosures, risk statements, and approvals are completed pre-publish with a requirement of zero post-ship corrections.
  • Define and own content KPIs including impressions, views, engagement rate changes versus past launches, and CTA click-through rates to key product actions.
  • Measure impact on product adoption lift, traffic increases to product pages, and community engagement uplift after launch moments.
  • Maintain the highest standard for accuracy and ship all launch communications on time without errors or delays.
  • Turn community and audience feedback into clear, structured recommendations that improve how product updates are communicated.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in communications, content, or editorial roles.
  • Strong writing that is clear, accurate, and detail-checked before publishing.
  • Interest or working knowledge of NFTs, Crypto, and Web3 communities.
  • Able to coordinate across Product, Growth, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Quick to learn internal tools, templates, and approval processes.
  • It’s a Plus If You Have experience managing crypto or Web3 community social channels.
