Job Summary
The position is responsible for supporting content-related operations that contribute to effective licensing, distribution, reporting, and commercial execution. The role assists cross-functional teams by preparing reports, coordinating routine workflows, and helping implement processes that improve efficiency and data quality. Work is performed under general supervision with opportunities to develop skills in cross-functional collaboration and business operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating content partnership activities and support contract workflows in collaboration with Legal.
- Prepare and update reports or dashboards that track usage, adoption, and retention of content offerings.
- Support commercial enablement by assisting with basic pricing activities and preparing materials for customer-facing teams.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams on rollout tasks by providing data inputs and administrative support.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data accuracy within content operations workflows.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Data/Information Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, data reporting, or related role.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data using formulas, pivot tables, and basic analysis techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with an interest in cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to content licensing, product operations, or commercial enablement in a business setting.
- Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/French) for partner and contract communications.
Physical Requirements
This role may be performed in an office, remote, or hybrid work environment, depending on business needs and applicable work arrangements. Standard working hours apply, though flexibility may be required to accommodate deadlines or collaboration across time zones. Occasional travel may be required based on business demands.
