The Content Operation Analyst position is responsible for providing high-quality and timely support to Cision teams (e-mail/ticket systems), managing the client configurations database using Cision tools, and managing the media monitoring database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Online media setup/adjust through a web-crawler service using HTML/JSON/JavaScript languages and manage content delivery processes.
· Monitor daily metrics and alerts.
· Work with Cision teams on support and help troubleshoot issues on media monitoring for our clients - Daily support via ticket systems and/or e-mail.
· Setup searches with keyword combinations based on Boolean Logic.
· Provide feedback to WISE Eng. team to help improve web monitoring/delivery processes.
· Handle communication with external content providers.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· High school degree (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
· One to two years of experience with online support tools such as HTML and Boolean Logic
· Basic understanding of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations.
· Portuguese and English language skills.
