The Role

At Podium, our mission is to arm every local business with a complete platform and outcome-driven AI employees that convert leads into real, paying customers. Every day, millions of workers use our AI lead conversion and communication platform to help them get more leads and make more money.

Our work and focus on helping local businesses thrive has been recognized across the industry, including Forbes’ Next Billion Dollar Startups, Forbes’ Cloud 100, the Inc. 5000, and Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies.

At Podium, we believe in fostering a culture that thrives on hiring and developing exceptional talent. Our operating principles serve as a compass, guiding daily behavior and decision-making, and ensure we hire people who will thrive at Podium. If you resonate with our operating principles and are energized by our mission, Podium will be a great place for you!

The Role

This role blends performance driven content production, product marketing & sales enablement. You will  manage the content calendar that powers Podium’s entire marketing engine, producing high performing assets that enable marketing to help hit Podium’s revenue and retention goals. You will support new product releases, developing positioning and messaging frameworks. And you’ll continuously enable the marketing team with customer insights, claims, product details and market best practices. You’ll balance helping to set the story, managing the production and content process - heavily utilizing AI, and jumping into the trenches to write content directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands‑On Writing & Asset Creation (~50%): Produce and edit high‑impact decks, guides, one‑pagers, case studies, and scripts—helping us hit acquisition & retention KPIs.
  • Content Calendar Ownership: Build and manage a scalable, AI‑native content production workflow that minimizes brief-to-publish timelines and optimizes for performance.
  • Operational Excellence:  Balance stakeholder requests with proactive team-led efforts, ruthlessly prioritizing for impact and alignment against business priorities.
  • Narrative & Positioning: Develop and continuously refine our GTM positioning and messaging frameworks for product launches  —turning customer insight into narrative that differentiates and converts.
  • Customer Insight Loop: Continuously mine interviews, win/loss, and usage data to sharpen content and claims.
  • Launch & Enablement: Package concise “bill of goods” for product launches; arm Sales & CS with proof points and talk‑tracks.

What You Bring

  • 6‑8+ years driving product marketing, content strategy or sales enablement, preferably in high‑growth B2B SaaS.
  • A desire to wear many hats, operate proactively, and to make a large impact. Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Track record of developing effective narratives/positioning, messaging frameworks, and content pieces that unlocked demand and revenue.
  • Proven mastery of content calendar management, project orchestration, and deadline discipline.
  • Obsession with SMB customer painpoints; expert at turning insight into stories.
  • Elite writing and editing chops—from headline to long‑form.
  • Extreme urgency, founders mentality, and bias for action that raises the bar for the team. Interest in wearing many hats and operating in a high impact, sometimes ambiguous role.
  • High degrees of detail orientation and organization.
  • Comfort with project management; coordinating cross‑functional GTM motions and holding owners accountable.
  • Operating Principles Live our principles daily—extreme urgency, impact over activity, founders mentality—because people are our greatest leverage and speed is our advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary + equity
  • Excellent medical, dental & vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid parental leave & fertility benefits
  • Generous PTO, plus three 4‑day summer weekends
  • Bi‑annual swag drops
  • On‑site HQ gym & subsidized child‑care (Utah)
  • Additional perks for remote employees
