Position Overview: 
We seek a Senior Content Marketing Specialist with the expertise, leadership qualities, and creativity to drive impactful campaigns. This role requires a self-starter who can ideate, execute, and manage content creation with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and creative execution.
You will take full ownership of campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with our brand and business goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive innovation and lead trends, making a measurable impact on our content and marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation & Campaign Management

    • Ideate and execute self-led campaigns, creating organic and viral content that resonates with target audiences.

    • Develop high-quality lead magnets leveraging in-depth knowledge of our courses.

    • Repurpose content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

    • Manage and ensure the quality of content assets, including video quality control.


  1. Platform Optimization & Distribution

    • Optimize content for multiple channels to maximize engagement and reach.

    • Maintain and organize a centralized repository for content and assets.

    • Ensure seamless integration with platforms like ManyChat, Zoho CRM, and social channels (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  2. Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns

    • Plan, implement, and refine email marketing strategies and drip campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.

  3. Trend Identification & Execution

    • Proactively identify trends and craft timely, relevant content to increase visibility and engagement.

    • Comment on industry trends to position the brand as a thought leader.

  4. Leadership & Collaboration

    • Provide strategic input during career coaching meetings, including scheduling, reminders, and promotion.

    • Lead by example with executive presence, taking ownership of campaigns and ensuring results.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals and delivery.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in content marketing, campaign management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with tools like ManyChat, Zoho CRM, and major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Ability to use AI for content creation

  • Technical knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing strategies.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to produce multiple types of content (e.g., design, video).

  • Strong organizational skills for managing content locations and historical campaigns.

  • Ability to jump on trends quickly and deliver impactful, on-brand responses.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a self-starting and solution-oriented attitude.
