Purpose of the role

As a Content Marketing Specialist at Infobip, you will be a vital contributor to our content marketing strategy, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content initiatives that drive brand awareness, increase engagement on our website and generate leads.

Your passion for communications technology, content creation, storytelling and getting results, will play a key role in elevating our content marketing efforts and contributing to the success of the business.

As part of the role you will immerse yourself in how our platform leads the communications revolution and create content that is customer-centric and brings value to our customers, partners, and prospects.

Job description

  • Delivering great writing that engages the user from start to finish and leads them to act for the goal specified on the outline.
  • Writing SEO content, crafting blog articles based on keyword research to increase organic traffic.
  • Researching the market, keeping your eyes out for the latest content trends to inform content creation.
  • Brainstorming ideas, generating possible ideas for new content or campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Protecting tone of voice, ensuring everything you write or subedit sounds like our brand.
  • Supporting the content calendar, writing content for a wide variety of business needs.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, working with people across the business on collaborative projects.
  • Reporting on performance, tracking content performance to figure out what's working and what needs reworked.
  • Navigate our CMS to publish, manage and update online content.
  • Any other ad hoc task required to support the team and the business.

Success Metrics

  • Experience: 2-4 years as a writer, journalist, content marketer or technical writer.
  • Content engagement: Measure content performance based on metrics like views and time on page.
  • Lead generation: Assess the impact of content on lead generation efforts.
  • Content distribution reach: Evaluate the reach and visibility of content across various channels.
  • Bonus skill but not a requirement: experience in interactive formats such as video editing.
