What will you do at Infobip?  

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for global ownership of our verticalization plan, working closely with the Product Team and the wider Marketing Team, you will act as the internal evangelist for all things Vertical, helping to grow our Retail and BFSI sectors by aligning with our strategic Unfix, but also taking complete ownership of Travel & Hospitality, Transportation & Logistics, Government, and Healthcare.  

What will the main responsibilities be? 

  • Opportunity Identification & Planning: Detect opportunities and/or whitespaces for process improvements and marketing opportunities, develop execution plans and the ideas for extracting most out of them. 

  • Marketing Communications: Successfully create and execute marketing communications across one or more industry groups/categories through collaboration and coordination of all stakeholders. 

  • Strategy Alignment: Implement and align positioning and communication strategy across one or more industry groups / categories. 

  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate campaign launch and activities related to the time after the proposition is placed on the market. 

  • Sales Trainings: Organize programs for sales trainings. 

  • Event Participation: Participate in presentations, trainings, fairs and events. 

  • Mentorship: Mentor and provide education to the whole product success team. 

  • PMM Upskilling: Create and execute plans for PMM upskilling (detecting knowledge gaps, process bottlenecks, opportunities...), providing and sharing knowledge with all team members. 

  • Process Optimization: Optimize PMM processes and ways of work. 

  • Apply Insights: Structure market intelligence and feedback gathered from all various stakeholders (external research, customers, other departments, data etc.) in meaningful, summarized, and actionable outcomes. 

  • Comprehensive Strategy Communication: Have a deep understanding of the whole Go-to-Market strategy and a clear rationale behind every element of it (ICP, buyer personas, positioning, messaging, USPs etc.) and proactively transfer it to all relevant stakeholders (PD, CSM, PSE, Presales...) and team members. 

  • Industry Expert: Develop and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the dedicated product category(es). 

  • Collaboration: Closely collaborate with product success managers to create and align optimal ways of bringing messaging and go-to-market story to revenue organization. 

  • Scalable Impact & Alignment: Ensure that all generated outcomes are scalable, relevant and impactful, always putting focus on quality over quantity. Make sure that the tone of voice is aligned between internal and external messaging and is in accordance with Infobip’s culture. 

  • Performance Tracking: Track progress / evolution of knowledge and quality within PMM team. 

More about you:  

  • 8+ years' experience in a B2B Product Marketing or similar role, preferably with experience segmenting by industry 

  • High level of written and oral communication skills in English. 

  • Experience with Stakeholder management, at all levels of an organization. 

  • Experience working with and building propositions for partners. 

  • Strong understanding of technical products and services. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Mentoring experience of junior team members.
