Content & Marketing Operations Intern - January 2027

Kidjo is a children’s content platform offering videos, games, and stories designed to provide a safe, educational, and ad-free experience for families.

Kidjo is part of Cafeyn Group, a leading digital content distribution company specializing in news, magazines, and media platforms, with strong European growth ambitions.

By joining Kidjo, you will work in an agile and creative environment within a larger media group, with opportunities to collaborate on content strategy, marketing, and growth initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Content & Marketing Manager, you will support both content operations and marketing activities across the Kidjo platform.

• Support the organization and update of the content catalog

• Review metadata and publication assets

• Prepare content for integration into the applications

• Contribute to the creation of interactive content (e.g. quizzes linked to stories)

• Prepare marketing materials including banners, copy, visuals, and promotional assets

• Help optimize content visibility and product feature launches by contributing to marketing plans, editorial calendars, promotional activations, and budget estimations

• Support the creation of promotional materials for partners

• Write, schedule, and publish social media content

• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, analytics) and contribute to content optimization

• Assist with partner follow-up and coordination

• Centralize and qualify customer care requests

• Contribute to FAQ updates and documentation improvements

• Assist in the creation of visuals, copy, banners, and short video assets

• Organize content catalogs and support content publication workflows

• Help manage content and marketing planning schedules

• Conduct regular benchmarking of competing apps (product, content, and marketing analysis)

• Identify trends and best practices within children’s digital platforms

• Produce summaries and insights to support product evolution, user experience, content strategy, and promotional initiatives

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

• Strong curiosity and analytical mindset

• Comfortable with social media platforms and digital content

• Good command of Excel and basic creative/design tools

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Creative thinker with the ability to suggest concrete ideas

• Team player with strong autonomy and execution skills

• Duration: 6 months
