We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can shape how the world sees and hears SpotDraft. You’ll be the voice behind our social channels, campaigns, newsletter, and PR stories. If you love crafting narratives, thrive on connecting ideas across platforms, and have a sharp eye for what makes content work — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead Our Social Media & Community Presence
Manage SpotDraft’s social channels (LinkedIn, X, and others) — from strategy to posting and performance tracking.
Build a presence on Reddit and other communities where legal, ops, and AI conversations are happening.
Experiment with formats — carousels, reels, threads, AMAs — to grow engagement and awareness.
2. Run Brand Campaigns That Stick
Partner with design, demand gen, and product marketing to launch integrated campaigns around key themes like “SCALE” and “AI in Legal.”
Bring creativity and consistency to how we show up — across visuals, messaging, and storytelling.
Track performance and share insights to continuously refine our approach.
3. Own the Monthly Newsletter
Plan, write, and ship SpotDraft’s monthly newsletter — curating stories, insights, and resources for our growing audience.
Experiment with tone, structure, and themes to increase open and engagement rates.
4. Help Drive PR & Thought Leadership
Identify opportunities to tell SpotDraft’s story through earned media, podcasts, and guest contributions.
Build relationships with journalists, legal tech editors, and event organizers.
Support leadership on bylines, interviews, and other public storytelling opportunities.
You’ll Own this role if you:
Have 4–5 years of experience in content or brand marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
Are a strong writer with a natural editorial sense — Definitely use AI tools, but if AI were to switch off for a day, you must be able to craft the same copy, as effortlessly!
Understand how content works across formats — from social to long-form — and how to repurpose it effectively.
Care about details — from punctuation to performance metrics.
Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple creative projects.

Skills Required
- 4-5 years of experience in content or brand marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
- Strong writer with a natural editorial sense and ability to craft copy without AI
- Experience managing social channels (LinkedIn, X) and building community presence (Reddit and similar forums)
- Experience planning and executing integrated brand campaigns with design, demand gen, and product marketing partners
- Ownership of newsletter planning, writing, and optimization to improve open and engagement rates
- Experience driving PR and thought leadership, building relationships with journalists and supporting leadership media opportunities
- Ability to experiment with formats (carousels, reels, threads, AMAs) and track performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally on multiple creative projects
