- Own the ideation, development, editing, production, and distribution of editorial and marketing content across channels, including website, blog, social, email, video, and events
- Develop and execute integrated content campaigns in support of driving brand awareness and customer engagement around our company objectives
- Manage the editorial calendar, defining content themes and topics that align with key narratives, campaigns, product launches, and industry moments
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure content is aligned, consistent, and impactful
- Champion the Index style guide and ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy, improve engagement, and extend reach
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to help evolve our content approach
- Help establish best practices for content governance and the use of AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Writer, or Canva AI) to streamline workflows while maintaining editorial integrity and quality
- 5+ years of editorial, content marketing, or communications experience in B2B tech, ideally with exposure to ad tech or digital advertising, and a keen drive to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ecosystem changes
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone depending on audience and channel
- Comfort incorporating data and research into content to strengthen narratives with credible proof points and elevate content authority
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and AEO best practices
- Experience using AI tools in content workflows, with sound judgment around quality, accuracy, and brand standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics and making strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence stakeholders through bold ideas and clear communication
