Job Description- Design and implement innovative community engagement strategies for HK jobseekers
- Develop content plans that address the unique needs of diverse industry sectors across HK
- Collaborate with SEEK's cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Marketing, to enhance platform features based on community feedback
- Create and execute virtual and in-person community events that foster meaningful professional connections
- Establish partnerships with industry bodies, educational institutions, and thought leaders across HK
- Analyze engagement metrics to continuously refine our community strategy
- Champion our community's voice within the organization to drive product improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media or related field 5+ years experience in community management, preferably in the HK market
- Demonstrated success in building engaged digital communities from the ground up
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s professional landscape
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven approach to community development and growth
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills and passion for connecting professionals
