We’re a series B startup, and have raised $65 million from Emergence Capital, Y Combinator, and the founders of PayPal and Twilio. Bland.ai builds AI voice agents that handle real phone calls for some of the largest companies in the world. Our software runs inside critical workflows at companies like Samsara, Gallup, TripAdvisor, Snapchat, Signant Health, and others.

About the role

We’re looking for a creative, AI-savvy Content Marketing Lead to develop and execute a content strategy that drives awareness and adoption of our company and products. You’ll create high-impact, multi-media content targeting our buyer personas and developer community. The ideal candidate is a creative, resourceful, and data-driven marketer with a pulse on what’s resonating in the AI space, and exceptional taste and discernment to level up our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a multi-format content marketing strategy to increase awareness and adoption of our brand and products.

  • Create engaging and educational content and distribute it across multiple channels to our target audiences. This would include blog posts, social posts, and long-form technical guides.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns including lifecycle marketing emails, product newsletters, and customer communications.

  • Own our video strategy and produce high-quality video content such as customer stories, technical demos, product highlights, and brand videos.

  • Use AI to 10x yourself, but always do so while retaining taste and human warmth.
