As the Content Marketing Coordinator at Givebutter, you’ll play a vital role in managing and optimizing our content pipeline, from initial brief to publication. You’ll work closely with the Manager of Content Marketing, cross-functional teams, and external writers to produce quality content that educates, engages, and empowers our nonprofit community. Responsibilities

  • Project management: Oversee the day-to-day flow of content projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables align with content goals.
  • Content briefing: Develop content briefs that align with brand standards, SEO best practices, and product marketing priorities, and assign them to writers.
  • Content review & QA: Perform quality checks on content drafts, ensuring each piece meets the brief and adheres to brand guidelines. Provide feedback to writers and contractors.
  • EAT Standards: Work with internal teams and Givebutter Experts to incorporate Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthiness into each article.
  • Publishing & distribution: Support content publishing processes, including formatting, optimizing, and scheduling posts across platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in project management and success working with diverse teams and stakeholders to bring content to life
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with SEO and best practices for content marketing.
  • Experience in the nonprofit or SaaS sector is a plus but not required.
