Profile Overview

Content is a key component of our overall marketing strategy, and we’re looking for a candidate with a high affinity for B2B content marketing. We are looking for you if you are first and foremost, a passionate writer at heart. However, beautiful words alone don’t sell... so you also bring your marketing tactics to the table. You’ll work closely with our Content Marketing Lead and other writers to drive traffic, generate demand and build a community through your content efforts.

You’ll succeed in this role if you consider yourself to be inquisitive, curious, strategic, proactive, and sharp. You’re constantly researching new tools to scale production or expand content formats, monitoring data, staying up to date with search changes, and more. You’ll be jumping between optimizing or improving legacy blog content, editing, writing white papers, creating sales enablement, and the list goes on. It is a multifaceted role—but one of your main strengths will be being well-versed in SEO beyond keywords.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Turn new or existing content into growth opportunities.
  • Build out strong relationships and trust with the brands; position yourself as an expert.
  • Autonomously take-over and execute tasks as part of our brands’ content strategies.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Content Creation and Editing: support the team with ongoing content creation through copywriting as well as copyediting. This includes content for a range of mediums, such as blogs, newsletters, long-form guides, guest posts, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Content Distribution: creating content is just one part of a successful content marketing strategy. You’ll make sure our content receives the attention it deserves by distributing it via our own channels as well building partnerships with third-party sites (newsletters, etc.)
  • Analysis and Reporting: to evaluate the effectiveness of our content strategy, you’ll analyze new and existing content and its impact (traffic, conversions, rankings), document your findings with regular reports and prepare best practices on how to improve results.
  • Research: stay on top of new content formats and channels worth exploring. You’ll work closely with our SEO Lead to come up with and verify the potential of new content ideas.
  • Task Ownership: execute the monthly tasks for the brands assigned to you.

What You bring to the table

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SEO content creation and writing, preferably at a marketing agency within the SaaS or software industry.
  • Fast learner with a high level of initiative and great analytical skills.
  • Great writing and research skills with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Native-level English and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (technical SEO, reporting, plagiarism, AI software, etc.)
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to get things done.

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of independence to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
  • Unlimited paid time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

We don’t just simply offer you to “take a job with us” but rather to “join us on this journey” to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies.

Sounds like something you’re up for? Feel free to apply even if you don’t check all these boxes. We believe in the power of diversity and fresh perspectives to spice up our team. Your application might just be the missing ingredient!
