About you:
You’re a digital content marketer who enjoys turning customer challenges into useful, engaging content that helps people make better decisions. You understand how search-first content supports growth and have strong experience creating and optimising content for search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO).
You’re a confident copywriter and editor who can translate product features into clear, customer-focused business benefits. You’re comfortable managing content for a defined group of products, balancing search-led priorities with campaign requirements, and working with different teams to deliver high-quality content that supports awareness, demand, and sales conversations.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Create and manage digital content for our Front of House hospitality products, supporting restaurant, bar, and pub operators throughout the buying journey.
• Develop, write, and edit search-first content across a range of formats, including web pages, case studies, email campaigns, social content, video scripts, and landing pages.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing Managers, product marketing, demand generation, sales, and design teams to balance SEO and GEO priorities with wider campaign goals.
• Monitor content performance, improve search visibility, and use audience, traffic, and conversion insights to refine future content and inform priorities.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Strong digital copywriting and copy-editing experience, with proven knowledge of SEO, GEO, and search-first content strategy.
• Experience creating customer-focused content for software, technology, hospitality, or other B2B audiences.
• Experience using content performance, traffic, search, and conversion data to guide decisions and improve results.
• An understanding of web publishing, user experience, and content best practice across digital channels.
