At Morningstar, we strive to Empower Investor Success. We tirelessly pursue new ways to combine our trusted research, investment expertise, technology and digital experiences to help investors and advisers make better financial decisions.
Our Wealth business delivers market-leading digital content, investment research and tools to retail investors and financial advisers across Australia and international markets. Every day, our teams produce timely market commentary, investment research, educational content and digital experiences that help our audiences navigate an increasingly complex investment landscape.
As our digital publishing ecosystem continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Content Manager - Digital Publishing to help coordinate, optimise and continuously improve the way we bring our content to market.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and operationally focused Content Manager - Digital to lead the planning, coordination and operational delivery of Morningstar's digital publishing program.
Working across Editorial, Investment Research, Wealth Management, Marketing, and Product teams, you will ensure our market-leading content is planned, produced and published seamlessly across multiple digital channels. Acting as the operational lead of our publishing ecosystem, the successful candidate will bring together key stakeholders, working together to manage competing priorities and ensure content is consistently delivered to the highest standard.
This is not a content creation role. Rather, you will own the operational excellence behind Morningstar's digital publishing capability-managing publishing calendars, coordinating production workflows, improving operational processes and enabling our content teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our audiences.
You enjoy bringing structure to complexity. You are comfortable balancing multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams and continuously improving the way work gets done. You naturally build strong relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
As Content Manager - Digital, you will play a critical role in helping Morningstar deliver trusted investment research and digital experiences to millions of investors and thousands of financial advisers.
You'll have the opportunity to shape how one of Australia's leading financial publishers operates, improve the efficiency of our publishing ecosystem and build operational capabilities that will support the future growth of our Wealth business.
