About the role
The Content Management Analyst plays a key role in creating and maintaining a database of regulatory documents relevant to their designated geographical region (North America, UK/EMEA, or APAC), ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business and its clients. This position focuses on the constant updating of this database to reflect the most current statutes, regulations, and rules as per official sources.
Responsibilities:
Actively monitor and integrate regulatory updates from your region, emphasizing the Financial Services, Banking, and Securities sectors, into our content management system to keep our database current.
Develop a thorough understanding of the administrative procedures of regional regulatory bodies.
Play an integral part in the early phases of content management, including content identification, prioritization, acquisition, and the establishment of global standards and workflows for producing international regulatory compliance materials.
Ensure the real-time capture and accurate update of regulatory information, with a commitment to no missed information, updating client systems or ftp/server locations as required, daily.
Maintain the timeliness and accuracy of all content produced to meet client SLAs.
Contribute to the expansion of content and development of the regulatory database.
Manage internal escalations related to content issues and ensure content accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or Foreign Languages.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Openness to change and the ability to act as a positive agent for change.
Professional demeanor in all situations.
Highly analytical mindset.
Independent learning capabilities with the ability to utilize training materials effectively.
