Job DescriptionThese roles centre around the accurate and timely delivery of content across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery websites, app, EDM and owned digital channels. You will own the day-to-day content loading & delivery outcomes across campaigns, EDM and digital experience updates, ensuring content is published consistently, efficiently and to a high standard. With ‘Major Trading Events’ marked in the calendar, you will have a knack for balancing competing priorities and support the delivery of the trading plans.
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification ideally
- Several years’ experience in digital content management, eComm operations, digital production, CRM content execution or a related digital operations environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of content management systems, digital publishing workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Experience coordinating content delivery across multiple digital channels, including website, app, EDM and other owned digital channels.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web tagging
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement in identifying and resolving content issues
- Strong planning, prioritisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing requirements and work independently within agreed standards and escalation pathways.
