Content Lead

Job Overview:

CureMD is seeking a Content Lead to develop high-level content strategies, focusing on delivering impactful, data-driven content that supports the company’s marketing and business objectives. In this senior role, you will act as a subject matter expert on content creation, optimization, and distribution. You will guide and mentor a team of content specialists and work closely with the leadership to ensure that content initiatives align with CureMD's broader goals for growth, customer engagement, and brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of advanced content strategies that support company-wide marketing and sales objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Act as a thought leader within the content team, driving innovation in content production, optimization, and distribution across multiple channels.

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, data-driven content (blog posts, case studies, white papers, infographics) designed to engage key audience segments and enhance brand presence.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to content specialists, offering strategic insights and guiding the development of their content projects.

• Conduct advanced SEO analysis and content optimization strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and search rankings.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and sales, to ensure content aligns with key campaigns, product launches, and customer outreach.

• Utilize performance metrics to analyze and refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in content marketing or digital marketing are a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in content creation and strategy,

• Deep knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and user experience best practices.

• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of content specialists.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and present content strategies to leadership.
