We are looking for a Content Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the quality of content across our websites, apps, and digital platforms. This includes reviewing and editing content, updating or adding new material, and ensuring that all published content aligns with our brand identity and values. The role also involves identifying and removing any inappropriate or objectionable content, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

In This Role, You Will:

• Collaborate across the multifunctional team to plan and manage delivery of rich product content;
• Conduct in-depth research into related products and categories to be able to come up with content audit reports, gap analysis, recommended content strategy and define industry benchmarking guidelines;
• Build Weekly and monthly reports;
• Review and update the listing;
• Plan, ideate and create highly relevant and engaging content which our audience is looking for and then optimise the path to conversion;
• Ensure content is consistent with The Client voice, style, and tone;
• Review existing content (proofread and edit);
• Analyse existing global content and categorise them to align with applied regional customer journey maps;
• Analyse the prioritised product portfolio shared by countries to identify product matches with existing global content with the aim to enable wider sharing of this content;
• Responsible for CRM Management;
• Prepare and follow up with contracts;
• Respond to customer inquiries;
• Advertise campaigns that suit business requirements;
• Translate content from English to Arabic and vice versa.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 01 year of experience content executive,
• Proficiency in creating and implementing business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and managerial qualities.
• Patience and empathy.

Skills:

• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Real estate industry and specific research.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic.
• Knowledge of conducting advertising campaigns in accordance with work requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google sheet formulas and data cleaning
• Basic knowledge in HTML , CSS.
